When I try to install The Sims Deluxe Edition, when it asks for the second disk, I put it in and it comes up with an error "file transfer error" or something like that. How can I install the game?

Means it can't copy a file.
Dirty media?
Faulty computer memory?
Dell computer? (search KB)
Faulty CD Unit?
