When i download houses i dont know what folder to put the file in. So i can import it in to the neighborhood.

Put it in the File that the computer tells you to. When it asks you to save the house just name it (usually done) and click save. It that dosen't work then read the dirctions and see were it sais to put it. If you can find that foulder then it is not going to work for you.
