How can i move my family to a family bin? Everytime i try it sends my family WITH my house...i just want to send my family and bulldoze the house down

When you are in the neighborhood view, there is that panel on the left. Click on the family button. There should be a small button that when you hover your mouse over it, it says something like evict family or move out family. Click that and then click your family. Only your family should be moved to the family bin, and then you can bulldoze your house with the bulldoze icon.
