if u have 2 sisters and 2 brothers and then they marry each other wat does the family tree look like?

Not possible unless you was to deliberately manipulate the situation, usually caused by shifting people around and packaging the property.

I can explain it!

If you move out a sim
Then you send the sim into house & lots bin
The family tree will be disconnected even it still same
So you can marry with your brother/sister
Bot, the family tree never be changed.
