how do i find out about the ghost problm at the goth' manor?

well, you have to have the goth manor on your list of places to visit. If so, then just visit the place and stay for a while (usually later in the night around midnight or so) and try "talking" with Bella and Mortimer. Or if you don't have the manor on your list, you could just use the cheat R2, L1, R1, L2, LEFT, CIRCLE (for the gnome that appears on the Sim's property signifying cheats are now allowed). Then use the Unlock all locations cheat R2, R3, L3, L2, R1, L1. This will let you unlock all the places that are visitable. (PS the cheats have to be done really fast so it may take a while) Hope I helped ;P

Unlock the seance table. Buy it and about midnight click on contact spirits and that will get rid of your ghost problem.
