To get promoted just make sure all your skills are full which are meant to be and go to work in a good mood for a couple of days running. To get into malcoms movie you have to throw a party and talk to him a bit. Make sure you play a instrument to impress him also. Then you ask him, I felt it helped if you flirted with him also and kissed him. Beware this could take a couple of parties
