Explain your question more. A program like the Sim Creator will be coming out that can customise Sims for TS2.

The new SIms Creator(The add-on, not with the game) can allow you to do things like change the lenght of the nose, add scales, eye color, even make cat-eyes.

All I know so far about what you can do with just TheSims 2, is that you can change their outfits one piece at a time.
