You can use the cheat :

boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled True

then, click on the mailbox on your lot with holding shift button on your keyboard. The menu will show up. Find the "Make all happy" option. Then, all of your household's mood will turn into green.

Note when you using this cheat :
If u have TS2U, you must be carefull if u use this cheat with nanny in the house. If does, it may be error. Prevent this by turning off this cheat after use it. Or your house will be corrupted (I have ever happened this problem). There're another problem if u use this cheat. So, be carefull.
