i've completed the rep goals, how do i increase my rep points (just by talking?) also, when i talk to people, it says you gained a rep point with the "arties" but it doesn't increase my actual points

I fink its dat u didn't talk much+ u need to get da rel points down. Also do u know how to get cooking, creative+ mec skil points wivout uni?
