Which family has the dad General Buzz, that works in the military and what neighborhood he is in? Thank you for your help.

I am not sure of the family name but they are in strangetown. You can see an obstacle course looking thing in the yard. I want to say it is across from a shopping area

the family is called "Grunt" on strangetown it is the top house on the left hand side of the road!
