Easy is: just put all your important stuff on first floor then call him *** long as you can, till he comes over.
Then anoy him and when he says: I'm not talking to you; just live on the first floor and wait and after a day you can anoy him again.
It takes really long though, so be shure to have the right stuff. Good luck!!!!!
