How do you know when your Sim is pregnant? I get the feeling mine is... but it doesn't say!!! She's going to be an elder soon and I desperatly want a child!!

The morning after your sim should have morning sickness. barfing in the toilet and all. that should eb the first indicator

Alternatively listen for the first bar of Rock A Bye Baby immediately after, um, having fun in bed. :)

About a day and a half to two days into the pregnancy she will change into maternity and have a larger stomach. If you have six days or less until becoming an elder, I don't believe you can still have children. If she does, good luck. Hope that helps.

I know you've already found out that your Sim is expecting, but just in case someone else has this question, a good way to tell early on (immediately after you've tried for a baby or if you missed whether or not the rock a bye baby song played) is to get back in bed.. If "Try For A Baby" is no longer an option, your Sims are going to be parents..
