I have an errand to give Guiseppe some dunbells but he is in prison..what do I do as I cannot do any other errands until I get rid of the dunbells!!! No one wants them!!!

Devil_child, u r lying, he never gets out! you can talk to him while he's in jail, it is just hard to, keep trying!

Give the Dunbells to Guiseppi When he is at the end of the cell nearest the bars. Then you can go up to him, press a, and then you can talk to him. Problem solved.
