Has anyone else had problems with groceries not being delivered and adoptions being o.ked but not happening???

Sometimes your groceries will be delivered but if you don't answer the door they may have just dropped them somewhere outside. Sometimes quite well hidden :|

Its not that - ive had that before. For some reason the delivery van doesn't turn up then later on about 7pm a delivery person will appear and stand outside the house and do nothing and i can't interact with them them all of a sudden they will come to life about 12 and come in the house and watch tv and stuff and nothing else will come when called even the fire services don't come!!!
