How do you do that? I have tried loads of times yet I still only manage to get a score around 60.

Well good food, good tour and good schmoozing.

I find headmasters seem to love the desserts more than they like the lobster.

Headmasters also love swingsets.

The hottub helps for schmoozing.

Clean rooms and a good tour helps.

You get bonuses for him getting in the hot tub or having a drink. I can't remember if there's another one, but there might be. Also, clean up before the tour.

Serving Coffe/ Drink from bar/ or hot tub are the three +10's that I know of.

but you can only use one

if you serve porkchop/turkey(5+cooking) that's 45 points there

5 rooms is bound to set you to 45 for the tour

and the remaing 10 can come from conversation

A good tip is to look for who is doing the schmoozing. The headmaster likes some people, and dislikes other. You'll see this with + or - appearing above his head while the schmoozing is being done. Pick the sympathetic sim to do the schmoozing. And also it pays off to buy the party dinner table where you can serve good foor real quickly. Plus, he seems to like piano's, but I'm not sure.
