Can sims get sick?

not in the first one but in the sims 2 if they are pregnet they throw up a lot and they also get sick by being really hungrey.

Sims do get sick, they can get food poisoning ect, but only in the sims 2. Thy die if the get too hungry. and yes they do get morning sickness when they are pregnant.

yes i remmember on my sims my sim kept sneezing and coffing .. I Don't really know why yet :(

Yes! Sims can get sick. Mine had food poisoning.

yes they can. they can get a cold or food poisoning and i think the flu.
