Can you get another sim to paint a of a picture of a sim in the household and then put the picture on the wall?

yep. the painters creativity score must be high. and at some point when it's high enough u will get an option (when clicking on the easel) 2 paint still life or paint a portrait of so and son. then u can click whatever ud like and ta da. portrait in progress. then a notice will tell u when it is complete. click on it in buy mode and hang it up 4 viewing.
