What does "Get Promotions In Local Jobs" mean, and how do you do it?

The local jobs are like the basketball game, bike racing one, ones that are in your neighborhood. I would to basketball because it's easier!

look on your menu, it should show you. for basketball, you need 5 body skill points.

If you get a certain amount of money and points in that area, you'll be able to get a promotion easily
