Knowledge - Question
I had the DirectX 9 problem but eventually solved it. Only now the program works up until I try to actually play. NEIGHBORHOODS WON'T LOAD. At all. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled 4 times. What should I do?

there is a box when u load it that says about it read it carefully that is what happened to us
