My sister has a sim who cleaned the shower, but didnt put down the sponge, and now has a sponge permanently stuck to her hand.She has cleaned the shower again changed her clothes, got changed for work, swum, but nothing has worked.

As it's the Sims 1, use move_objects on and delete her. Click on her face at the bottom of the screen to get her back.

It's actually kinda' funny to me when that happens, but I was only laughing because my sim had a garbage bag stuck to her hand.
