have installed H.Party have the ultimate as well tells me to insert cd 1 from unleashed cant' play HParty?

You need to install Unleashed after House Party, because it was released later. If you installed Unleashed earlier, and House Party after that, it will ask you to reinstall Unleashed because House Party changed the installation. Just let the Unleashed reinstallation finish, then use the Unleashed CD to play the game. House Party (as well as any other expansions) will still be included in your game.
