How come Miss Crumplebottom doesn't appear on my HD?

Because she only appears with the Hot Date Patch (from Maxis' site), or failing that, a subsequent expansion pack.
You can have her with you the patch beacuse i do but try it any way but that may not be the problem
u should be glad that she doesnt come up! she always stops me kissing my date. so annoying.....
