Do sims have to pay like rent for their houses/bills? What would happen if the had no posessions for the Repo man to take away?

Well every Tuesday and Thursday you get bills. And you have to pay them or the repo man will come, but if you don't have anything then I dunno what would happen? Maybe **** take you! No, j/k. I really don't know. I'll hafta try it out sometime.

If you didn't have anything, they probably wouldn't have a reason to bill you.

Well if you have no pocessions you have no bills.

So there would be no repo man because there would be no outstanding bills because there are no pocessions. Bills are calculated on the back of what's in the house.

What if you have bills, then you sell everything and spend all the rest on pinball downtown? Not that anyone would.

Heres a hint if you dont want bills. Cheat code (moveobjects on) then go to buy mode, then delete your mailbox. HOWEVER you can't buy another one, so once you save your game, it's gone for good. ANd this can effect people coming and going from your lot. I usually keep the mail box, but delete the mail man each time he comes up my street LOL (no billz or repo yet)
