Maybe she is having twins? Or triplets? When i had twins it took longer that a normal baby.

Did you push aging off? If so do aging on. If not I have a cheat that'll help. It's not well known but it's boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true . Don't do a period after. Then left click on your sim a few times a pop up will appear click spawn. Then another pop up click l and d tombstone. A tombstone will appear and click on this. A popup should come up. Click on speed up pregnancy, if it's not there are you sure she's pregnant.

well if it has been 3 days and she has not had the baby wait 6 days and if she dose not give brith then she is not pergnant just fat

that happened to me too maybe some sims take longer i mean my sm did that and she had twins!

It takes 10 days to have a baby, extra or not.
