Use a light frame with a dragster engine to beat him. Worked for me anyway, give it a shot.

press a until just before you cum up 2 a rmp and then stop pressing a then start then stop-i fink u get me-exept I didn't win yet seeing as i saved over dat person by mistake.

The parts you buy to defeat him are: For the Chassis, get the micro; For the suspension, get street; For the engine, get zipper; get a large tank; get racing tires, and you dont need any accesory. Also, when you race him, start by holding A, and a few seconds later, keep tapping B real fast so you wont fall down.
