the manny keep standing in front of the toilet, and the family cannot use the bathroom, there is no way i can shoo her away or ask her to leave, what should i do?

Use the move_objects cheat, delete her. Problem solved.

You can click on the Nanny and four options will come up including shoo, click on this and then she will move.
