Install error: "The instruction 0x(big number) referenced memory at 0x(another big number). The memory could not be read."

Means your memory is bad or is on the way out.
Download and run memtest (Google it), leave it running preferably overnight if possible and see what happens. Error messages means you need a new memory module.
