I downloaded a house but when it was done it said double click on something- i dont understand???

Double-click on the package file, start your game, you'll find the house in the Lots bin, place in neighbourhood.

but when i clik on the file it says windows can not find it

omygosh tyvm!! so simple but i had these weird files that looked like chess pieces (which were mostly houses) that i didnt know what to do with...and i just dbl clicked on them and were able to finally install them . Thanks!=)
