Where can I find free skins with tattoos and body jewelry?

you should try looking at the sims resouce. The site is www.thesimsresource.com it has great jewelry and stuff but not all of it is free so you just gotta keep looking back if you cant find anything you like

You might try http://www.modthesims2.com/ and check out the accessory meshes forum, also http://www.7deadlysims.com might have some accessories.
