Changed my graphics driver from a Radeon 7000 to a Geforce 5200 in an effort to be able to play the Sims2. My pc meets all requirements. Still crashes and I have lost saved games for Grand Theft Auto too. Is the NVIDIA Geforce 5200 the right spec?

The Geforce 5200 is listed as a supported card.
The fact that it still hangs means something else is wrong so do the usual drivers checks not just for the new card but also the chipset.

Gefore 5200 is above the minimum spec, so it shud work
