i can't install my new game! the problem is that my second cd don't work. my cd-rom can't read the disk at all. i'm almost sure that it's not the cd, because i went to the store and got it changed. i can't be that unlucky. so what could be wrong?

the computer your using could be the problem because when i first had the sims it kept freezing and now i got a new computer and it runs fine

i have a almost new computer... and i wouldn't say the cd freezes. i can't see whats on the disk in my computer either.

Are you trying to run the DVD Edition in a normal CD-ROM Drive? If so it won't work.
