how do i take a family from a cheap home that ive given lots of money(cheats) and then move the whole family into a new empty home?

i found that out the other day you click on the news paper and then click find a new plce then after a box will come upm and then who you want to move with you and then you move out and move in the new dream house you wanted
try motherlode it gives you 50k :D

But u cant move the whole family through the newspaper. if u go onto where u can see the family bin and the option where u can CAS, i think its a car with an arrow on it click on that and then click on the family u want to move, they get put into the family bin. Move them out of the family bin into the new house!

NOTE- all reward items will be lost and objects in the house will be sold.
