Depends entirely on your system specification and what other stuff is running at the time.

From Usenet as a guide:

73 seconds (1Ghz Duron processor) - 5400rpm HD

22 seconds (AMD XP 1600+ processor) - 7200rpm HD + 8Mb cache

16 seconds (AMD XP 3200+ processor) - 7200rpm HD + 8Mb cache + 1Gig of memory

Basically, the newer, the faster, the better, the quicker it loads.
