help! i cant create sims on create a sim bcos evrytime i go on 2 the screen mi mouse goes all slow and pauses and i kno its not mi mouse bcos it works on everything else plz help

This could be for a number of reasons. Your computer may be slow, you may not have much ram and you may also be running too many background tasks.
