How do I get hunting skill points for cats?

You'll eventually get mice in your house. Go to the cat, command it "Hunt - Eek! Mice!!!". The cat then runs off to hunt the mice (which is blurred out for violence reasons). Then the cat will bring you a dead mousie present. It takes a few hunts but eventually Kitty will start earning Hunting Points.

this is considered cheating, but if you are extremely desperate, on other sites, there are bowls that max out the pets' skills.

Cats can hunt not only mice but also roaches, rabbits and gophers, however they'll take their sweet time about hunting anything! The only thing you can tell them to hunt is mice, anything else they decide for themselves whether to hunt it or not.

If u have livin' it up use the genie until he asks air or eerrr somthing else click air and if he messes up you will have a cocrooch infestation, fast forward until all the roches are gone you should have at least 1 hunting point. and to how you keep nehboors pets away, go into decoration and select stray away pet prevention.
