I tried to Install The Sims Deluxe Edition, but It always stops loading after 24% !It doesn't freeze or crash, it just stops loading! what am I doing wrong?!

I noticed this when i was installing, at first i kept resetting it, then i ejected the cd re inserted the cd left it and it continued to install

I have Sims Deluxe, and it also seemed to stick at 24%. However, I found that after several minutes, the status bar jumps from 24% all the way to 95-100%, then continues installation as normal. So be patient, and it should be okay!
