i can't download stuff from cheapfrills.org.

Well, give us some more information, or we can't help you.

What's going wrong when you download? Is absolutely NOTHING responding when you click the link? Does an error message appear? Does it download but then you can't find it in your game, or what?

Well this is actually answerable by virtue of the fact that it's the first thing you see on cheapfrills.org as follows when you go to that site:

why are the downloads so slooooow?
Well, that's easy. Every day, around 5000 people come to this site. And then they download around 10,000 objects...
Really? 10,000 objects? Every day? For free?
No. At weekends it's even busier. But some of the objects are...
Rubbish?
No! Some files are very large - over 1MB in some cases.
So that's why the site is so slow!
Yes. That's a lot of people downloading a lot of files: 3GB every day.

Moral of the story: Come back during offpeak hours.

if you have problems installing the downloads, get the add-on handler from this site. it really helped me out. (i recommend putting it somewhere your parents can't see it, ex: Magic School Bus Computer Game files, or Hot Deals)
