How do i learn to levitate and teleport.

You need abiltycrystals, they'll teach you these (and other) things. In order to get abilitycrystals: cast at least ten spells in six simhours and keep casting a nice amount of spells...

Actually, in an ordinary lot, you have to cast at least 15 spells in one hour for magical growths. It is in Magic Town that you only have to cast 10. I read that in a strategy guide.

the teleport crystal is very hard to get its usally the last one u get

look in build mode i found all the
crystals under plants, iam not soure if i download them or they were
already there,but it wont hurt you to check there,i belive they were
there along
