Can you now become pregnant if they 'play'? Or does it come up with an option box like TS1?

Just like in real life when you "play" you may get pregnate, and their is no option of yes or no. If you don't want the chance of having a kid, don't take the risk of "playing". Not every time you "play" will a baby be born, but the chance is there (and uncontrolable)

Now in the sims 2 the mother will become pregnant and her stomach will actually grow and she gets pregnant by playing in the bed!!!And no there will not be anything pop ups asking her does she want to have a baby? She will know when she wakes up in the morning and starts throwing up, Its called First Semester of Sickness!!!
