can parents take their toddlers of babies to the grocery store with them and have them sit in the front of the shopping cart?

yes the must come with adult but im not sure about the shopping cart thing

When I have tried to go to a store with my toddlers, I had to either call a nanny or have one sim stay home with the toddlers. I don't think you can take them with you to the store.
