On the sims 1 I couldn't get over the fact that the t.v only had one picture on every channel. Do they have moving pictures on the t.v on the sims 2?

No, it's true. Most objects are very animated now. Like, for instance, clocks atually tell time, and when they play computer games, there are actual sequences from ssx3. The same goes for t.vs. I'm not exactly sure how it works but I'm positive there will be animated sequences for each channel or program or whatnot. I think based on the screens from IGN, there will also be animated sequences for playing video games on t.vs

the tvs have avi files in them. you could actually put in an avi file of your own and it could play on your sims tv. that will be so cool. you could record part of your sim's life and then they could watch it on the tv. home videos!

they totally do It's seriously awesom and I hated that they only had one picture on the sims 1 too! I like how close you can zoom into the room in sim2 too!

in ts2 the sims can actually play ts1 on thier computers!
