on my game i have the following expansion packs,Superstar,makin magic,deleuxe,house party,vacation,unleashed and hot date.and i need to know do you download pregnant skins or does that come with the livin large expansion pack?

You'd have to download them, there are none with Livin Large.
But please be advised, you say you have Deluxe, this actually includes Livin Large. You have no need to go buy it separately.
