if you relationship score is 100, do you have a baby even though you have one, i have 2 wives

there does seem to be a glitch in the game i have a screen shot showing two babies, one boy one girl with different names, unfortunatley when they developed into children they were both male with the same name. i did the usual routine to get them and they appeared at the same time.
