Using a cheat object I got all the items. What is 'Unknown Item: 0823165963'? Also in the wand charger it comes up as '$TokenNameLocal'. Is it the special item for the vacation pack?

since the item comes up in the wandcharger it must be an ingredient for a spell. This could be the animaltreats (unleashed secret spell) - used in combination with butter and clownsconfetti.
Or the item could be the black roses (superstar secret spell). I don't think there's a vacation secret spell, although I don't have the vacation pack.
