does anybody know where i can find live-in NPC's like nannies or cooks. o found one, but it was on a pay site.

why dont you just hire a butler and buy the robot.... your butler will look after the baby and do your housework and the robot will cook your meals and clean up too. also your butler will water your plants for ya ;o)

The butler, from C&C Enterprises will look after the baby but it doesn't seem to do a very good job of it, I often catch him feeding my baby when its wailing its head off because its tired. Comes very close to losing it to social services as well unless you get a regular sim involved before C&C Butler comes along.

The Maxis butler is virtually useless if you have Servo as well. All it'll do is keep turning on Servo on (and it won't have anything to do with baby). Why pay $500 a day to turn a machine on when you can do it yourself for nothing? The C&C butler has the same issue as well. You'd do better off having either a butler or Servo but not both.
