Knowledge - Question

does anybody know where i can find cars that your sims can drive to downtown type lots? i downloaded a supposedly "hacked" car, but it doesn't really do anything.

You can't- the game simply doesn't allow it. I'm afraid your stuck with a cab.

actually, i just found one from http://www.killersims.com (in the freebies section, it's a paysite.) you can go to studio town, old town, downtown, and on vacation island. you can even inhale carbon monoxide. so i guess i answered my own question. (silly me! =) )
