How do u really get the awards on vacation (What's the easiest way)?

No i meant like the "golden" awards (i think thats what their called) that u get for excellent mood and lots of socializing while on vacation

Well, staying in an "excellent mood" would be a start :)

Or alternatively, have a long holiday somewhere (more than 3 sim days), check-in and then leave it to go to another place on the island after a few days. Then after a bit, go back to the location you're staying at. Providing your family has been in a good mood for the stay, you should (although not always) get an award.

If you go to www.aroundthesims.com and download the mood boosters you stay in a good mood and you can win awards really easily.
One more thing you may need to categorise it to appear on vacation island because vacation was the last expansion pack i got so i installed it and then i re installed makin magic
