This week I was inspired to create a lot with a country, farm
style look. If you have installed Riverview town from the Sims 3
site into your game, this lot would fit nicely into that towns
style, but it is not necessary and will look just as good in
Sunset Valley.
No farm would be comlete without a barn. This barn has 2 levels
with several stalls placed inside for that, well, "barn" look.
Upstairs you will find bales of straw and boxes, with an added
touch of an opened area for fresh air. There is plenty of
lighting added inside, so at night, it looks pretty cool.
The house has 2 levels with 2 baths and a single bedroom. Outside,
there is plenty of room for all your farming needs. Your sim could
even start a nice orchard. All a farming sim needs now are cows and
horses!

A community garden created for those sims short on travel money,
gardening skills or yards just too small for gardens.
This lot takes the place of Maywood Glen in Sunset Valley and
works best when placed there. It has all fruits and veggies, including
the plants from world adventures, except the money tree, omni plant,
cheese, egg, burger and steak plants.
Hmmm, I didn't want to take ALL the fun out of it ;-)
I have also added bathrooms and a little grilling area so social
sims don't have to leave early to take of "needs".
So, visit
the community garden for all your exotic fruits & veggies, and while
you are here, you might even catch that rare butterfly you have
been after!

This home has an open, simple floor plan with a
nice patio/bbq area out back nestled in trees and

This home is my favorite of the Jazzy Blues. It has a nice kitchen with a "U" shaped island/eating area. The living room is off from that. A separate room for the computer/study area for privacy, and a bath.
From the kitchen, a spiral staircase makes way to views of the beautiful landscape. There is a nice patio/bbq area surrounded with lots of flowers and bushes.
The upstairs is a split-level with 2 bedrooms and another bath.
