I slept well in my suite and was able to have some breakfast in the restaurant before my vacation came to an end. I gathered my belongings and checked out from the hotel at reception. The bill came to about §3,000, which I felt was value for money even though I had not done everything that I had intended to do. Upon checking out, the shuttle was immediately ordered and arrived shortly afterwards. With suitcase in hand, I said goodbye to Takemizu Village but vowed inside that I would return.
Before I knew it, I was back in Simville. My vacation had left me feeling refreshed, productive and industrious but before I applied these to my next career and help afford to return to Takemizu or even live there, I went online to order some vacation prints from my camera and have them put in an album. My photograph of the tourbus did not come out very well, but you cannot win them all.
I was very impressed by the speed at which the prints were made and the album produced. Before I could hum "One day my prints will come", a blue delivery truck arrived within the hour and my album was dropped off. It cost §45 but that was worthwhile. The price would probably be different if I had taken more photos.
Life would soon be returning to normal but I did not want to forget my trip to Takemizu and I am sure they would be as entranced with the Dragon Legend as I was. I only hope I could tell it as well.
Overall, I am very impressed with Takemizu resort. Although I question the historical accuracy of whether ninjas use a sword as their primary weapon and the lack of oriental-looking locals, I find it to be a good representation of the Orient sims-style.
In the next part of our continuing review, we will be going to the Twikkii Island resort, see the sights, find out some of the local customs and see what other delights await our sims.
