Sims 2 Best Strategy of E3 2004
Besides GameSpy and IGN, GameSpot too has awarded The Sims 2. The game wins the "Best Strategy Game" award, and was also nominated for "Best PC Game". According to GameSpot "The Sims 2 has tremendous potential and that the sequel might just make good on its many lofty promises." Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell won the Best PC Game award, but The Sims 2 beat games like Lord of The Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth, The Movies, Rome: Total War and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War in the race for Best Strategy Game. Read the Strategy award page for some more about The Sims 2, or just go through the entire Best of E3 Feature.
